The cornerstone of ARGI’s Insight Marketing Database Services is our Insight Sapphire database marketing platform. Designed to consolidate an unlimited number of sources – subscription fulfillment and membership database, ESP data, web analytics, call center, data warehouse data – Insight Sapphire brings order where previously chaos reigned.
By working collaboratively with our clients marketing and technical staff during both the pre and post-contract phases of the sales cycle, ARGI is able to understand each client’s unique marketing challenges and translate these into clear business requirements and functional specifications. Once we have won our client’s engagement, our team of expert and experienced database marketing technologists and business analysts takes these plans and implements the marketing database using a structured methodology that ensures that the application will be up and running on time and within budget.
Following the technical implementation, ARGI then works closely with client personnel to transition and train their staff to use and benefit from their valuable new business tool. Going forward, ARGI stands behind its work with account support personnel and recommendation to ensure long term success and positive return on investment. Most of our clients choose to retain ARGI on an ongoing basis for expert assistance in the operation of their Insight Sapphire solution.
ARGI has implemented, and currently hosts for its clients, many different types of marketing databases serving clients in industries as diverse as Associations, Pharma/CPG, and Manufacturing as well as our traditional vertical strength of Publishing.
