Chief Financial Officer
James N. Slack joined ARGI in February 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. Jim has over 30 years of experience in financial management with various companies in publishing, banking, healthcare, and hi-technology industries.
For the past several years Jim has specialized in building and/or restructuring financial operations for companies in a transition or emerging stage of business development.
Before joining ARGI, Jim was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Universal Health, LLC, a distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and prior to that, Vice President of Finance for Managed Healthcare Associates, a national group purchasing organization. Previously, he developed his Accounting and financial management skills in senior finance positions at companies such as Scholastic Inc., Becton Dickinson, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Alfa Romeo of North America. Jim earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a Masters degree in Finance from Iona College.
